Admin Assistant

Ndina joined us in the admin department in October 2023. She describes herself as a ”loud cheerful spirit” and she’s certainly brought her huge smile and positive attitude to our office! She completed her degree in Tourism earlier this year, and is now busy with her honors in Marketing. Before joining ATI, Ndina completed an internship at the Desert Grace Lodge, and has also worked as a waitress which has given her a great insight into the service industry.

Ndina says:

What are your ‘must have’ travel items? My earphones, snacks and my ‘blankie’ (a pink blanket).

What meal could you eat every day? Well, I eat everything really, but I would say lasagne and a good sea food broil.

How did you get into tourism? I’ve always liked nature more than people. It gives me a sense of peace, it centres me. When I was much, much younger, I travelled a lot with my dad and sister, so the love came from being in open spaces as well. I grew up and decided to embark on my life in tourism, so I studied and gained my degree in Tourism. I had so much fun in my degree, I got to travel more with my class, and I was able to see what Namibia offers to our tourists, so I can say we are on the right track.

What is your favourite book and/or movie? My movie selection is mostly based on horror films or thrillers. True life documentaries also peek my interest.

What is your favourite Namibian destination and why? I would say Sossusvlei is my favourite because I got a chance to live there. Everything is beautiful, from the full moons to the red dunes and the amazing landscape that surrounds the area.

A quote to live by? Nobody owes you anything. God does everything for a reason.
