Marley first joined ATI on a freelance basis while the tourism industry was finding its feet after the Covid disruptions. His professionalism, reliability, and easygoing nature quickly made him an invaluable member of the team, and he is now one of our full-time staff. Marley is our lead chauffeur, specializing in luxury airport transfers and often accompanying guests on their journeys across Namibia. He also oversees the smooth running of our fleet, ensuring that vehicles and logistics are always in top shape. Whether it’s a 4am airport pickup or a scenic drive through the country, Marley brings a calm, friendly presence and a wealth of local knowledge to every trip.

What are your ‘must have’ travel items? Definitely my camera, phone, shades, and of course Safari Hat.
What are the most unusual antics have guests gotten up to? Guests are fascinated about our beautiful country, they tend have a jaw drop moment when they arrive in the city.
What meal could you eat everyday? A proper African dish; meat is a must!
Can you tell us something that most people don’t know about you? That I can overcome any obstacle that I put my mind to.
How did you get into tourism? I’ve been in the tourism industry for more than 9 years, and I started in the vehicle rental sector.
What is your favourite book and/or movie? Series: Game of Thrones, I’m still not as impressed by any other series.
What is your favourite Namibian destination and why? Sossusvlei : there is a sense of calmness when you are there, which is also therapeutic.
